Warranty
- Earhart is delighted you have chosen a timepiece from our collection, which lives up to the brand’s know-how, based on research combined with passion, technical excellence and timeless elegance. That’s why our timepieces come with a 36 months international warranty.
- Our Earhart watch is warranted for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Earhart warrants that the internal movement, mechanisms and the case of your Earhart watch are free from defects. The international Earhart warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Earhart watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed by an official Earhart dealer* (“valid warranty certificate”).
NOTE: some warranty cards may still have 24 months written. The valid time period legally in effect and applied by Earhart is the one described above, of 36 months
Returns
With EARHART you always enjoy easy and fast returns.
You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. This period extends to thirty (30) days where the product you receive is faulty or damaged. If you are a customer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and have made a purchase via the Sales Channels, this is considered to be your statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, with the original box, including all accessories and documents.
To request a return contact us via sales@earhartwatches.com and we will give you the return details. After the watch has been received by us we will proceed with the full refund.
