PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AMD PURCHASE POLICY 

All orders placed through the Sales Channels are subject to availability and acceptance of such orders by Earhart.

At Earhart Watches, we strive to keep most of our watches in stock to ensure quick delivery. However, as a small and dedicated company, there are times when we run out of stock and need to manufacture watches as orders come in.

This means that when you place an order, your watch may not simply be taken off a shelf. Instead, it might be made specifically for you — which is pretty cool, right? Each watch is crafted with care, and we prioritize quality and attention to detail over rushing the process.

While we aim to get your watch to you as quickly as possible, we reserve the right to ship your order within 15 working days to ensure it meets our high standards. (Don’t worry, this rarely happens!)

Pre-Order Sales Terms and Conditions

Earhart Watches offers a pre-order option for certain products, allowing customers to secure their purchase before the watch becomes fully available. The applicable terms are as follows:

1. Payments

• The pre-order will be confirmed upon payment of an initial deposit at the time of reservation.

• The remaining balance will be charged before the watch is shipped to the customer, who will be notified to make the second payment.

2. Deadline for the Second Payment

• The customer will be notified via email, using the address provided at the time of purchase, to complete the second payment.

• The maximum deadline to make this payment is 30 days after the notification is sent.

• If the payment is not made within the given timeframe, Earhart Watches reserves the right to cancel the sale.

3. Customized Products

• For personalized watches, in cases of expressed withdrawal by the customer or failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe, Earhart Watches will retain 50% of the deposit amount as compensation for the costs incurred in customizing the product.
